About us
Ayla Schofield (country, pop) and Jae Taylor (rock, hip hop) are Boots and Dreads, an international duo armed with fiddle, guitar, bass, drums, loop station, and an MC mic. Everything is looped live and layered on the spot. This dynamic duo brings big hooks, real instruments, and tight harmonies, built from scratch at every show.
What We Do
Boots and Dreads builds every song live, in front of you. Instruments are recorded, looped, and stacked in real time, then topped with vocals and bars. No backing tracks. The result is a high-energy country, pop, rock, and hip hop show for festivals, venues, private events, and corporate functions.
